9:00 pm - Midnight, Hospitality Suite at the Rimrock Resort Hotel (Suite 900-Level 9, North Wing)
Join fellow delegates for complimentary snacks and refreshments in the Hospitality Suite. Be sure to step out onto the suite's stone patio for panoramic views of Banff.
August 10
6:00 pm- 9:00 pm - Dinner on Sulphur Mountain
This event showcases Banff's breathtaking scenery. Your first view will be from an enclosed four-seat gondola during an eight-minute ride up Sulphur Mountain. At the top, you will have a 360-degree view from the upper gondola terminal and restaurant, outdoor viewing platforms and along a one-kilometer interpretive walking trail. The trail takes you along the summit ridge to the Cosmic Ray Station National Historic Site and the historic Sanson's Peak Meteorological Station. Don't forget your camera, walking shoes and a jacket in case of a sudden change in the weather!
Inside the restaurant, enjoy the view with refreshments, followed by a buffet. The last gondola down the mountain leaves at 9:00 p.m.
August 11
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm - Western Barbeque
Enjoy cowboy hospitality in one of Banff's famous donut tents. Meet Alberta's Ranchers and feast on typical western fare in front of a roaring bonfire. After dinner, dance the night away to a Country and Western band.

Shuttle buses will leave the Rimrock @ 5:40pm, 6:00 pm and 6:20 pm, returning back to the hotel at @ 9:30 pm, 20 minutes intervals after this, and the last shuttle leaves @ 11:00 pm.
